Compared with plexiglass sheet, ABS sheet is shatterproof and flexible to satisfy your daily use. And it’s easy to thermoform, just heat it to 93℃ (around 200℉) then make it bow to the angles you want, and hold the shape until it cools down.
• 【Easy to Process】 Such moldable plastic sheet can be cut easily with table saw, jigsaw, water-jet at room temperature, bent and shaped easily under heating with heat air gun, boiling water. If you need smooth surface on its 2 sides, you can sand the frosted finish with sand paper.
